NA-T and TT

Hi everyone,

I am a new member and looking to owner a Supra soon, I have wanted one for years.

I am wondering if you guys could help me with a question I have after doing some research?

I know that the NA Supra don't have any turbos and that a TT have twin sequential turbos. However I have read that a lot of people have installed a single turbo onto an NA creating an NA-T and also that a lot of people change their TT to a single turbo creating a Single Turbo TT.

I am now curious is a NA-T the same as Single Turbo TT?

Thank you for your help

Simon

Just buy a TT and save yourself a shed load of work, if you find a nice one

that's been looked after you can single turbo it and on a stock motor have 600

hp without any issues.

Actually if you get an auto tt the box will be the weak link if you start upping

the torque and power beyond bpu levels.

At bpu (approx 400 fwhp) the tt is just fine on the autobox

Thank you for the link abtin90, will have a read of that :)

I am working on getting a budget together Dnk, yeah a UK spec TT is quite a bit cheaper to insure.

I'm 25 and yeah and no lol. I have driven the Nissan 350z and just sold my 2.0L Cupra, not as powerful as the Supra and different delivery system so not the same

My comment was aimed at Simon :p

I know mate, sorry, couldn't resist! There's a good long stretch of bypass near where the car is. I know how savage kickdown can be, especially in the cold / wet. It needs to be treated with the utmost respect! :)
