What clutch??

What clutch's are people using on na-t supras? also is it cheaper to rebuild a 5 speed box or just replace as i think mine is leaking, either that or the rear main has gone which i think either or has gone on the clutch

Have you searched? Such questions have been asked many times and people tend to get fed up with people not searching for answers first.

However, I run a stage 4 competition clutch on my TT BPU- with a w58 which handles everything fine.

Well i havent searched because if someone says first hand what there running it would be nice haha, i was looking at this one but im unsure

im gunna have to limp the supra about it only slips at 3k-4k so dont wanna burn the flywheel

The fact it's NA-t doesn't matter. You just need a strong 5 speed clutch. As I said before, stage 4 CC is good.

My brother has a stage 4 cc in his 3000gt, it judders on takeoff when driving slow does yours also do that? and whifbitz one is pricey haha but its required

Plus mines a 5 speed like said above thats 6 speed

Mines a 5 speed na-TT conversion. You can get them for the 5 speed from Whifbitz, because that's where I got mine.

They can judder a bit, because its a 6 puck clutch, but only if your clutch control is pi$$ poor. Takes a little getting used to, but after a couple of weeks, its fine.

Its not that pricey considering you would pay $520 from suprastore then after import tax and shipping etc will probably work out more then one from Whifbitz. Plus your garanted to actually get it.

Just looked on Whifbitz and they no longer do CC clutches, but the above from KaanW fits the bill.

Or this one, little bit more £££ but handles more torque, incase you want to push a bit more power through it.

its 400 for a stage4 cc 6pad ceramic one? thats surely going to be decent i looked at the stage 3+ whifbitz one at 523 or something, the car is never going to go over 400bhp because the gearbox wont take it for long?

Just get something that will handle 400ft lbs and be done with it if the cars never gunno exceed 350ft lbs.

I'm going NA-T and I've got myself an Eaton Paddle Clutch.

It's the same one Gixer_81 is running and Dr Jekyll used in his NA-T projects

Well the CC stage 4 can handle 250% more than stock which is clearly going to be over 400 i think il go with them, also is it best to buy a box or rebuild my box, as in is there likely to be a huge difference in price

I see, i cant afford a 6 speed otherwise id be all over it!! il ask keron, going to have to limp the car around to prolong the life of it!
