wow that ds is not cheap, ive found 3.2mm wall x 48.3mm o/d Galvanised steel tube.

Specification: 3.2mm x 48.3m o/d x 6.0m (19ft 8 inches) Galvanised ,Tubing to EN39 European Standard

i know its not as good but its alot cheaper and it only for a sprin car, not wheel to wheel. it does not say if it is seamed , im assuming it is as it does not say otherwise,

Yes, all seamless will be described in the UK as CDS (cold drawn seamless) unless it's exotic aerospace stuff where they have weird and wonderful namings. Galvanised will be a pig to weld, and there's no way at all none CDS will pass any UK scrutineering checks for a sanctioned event. 6mm wall thickness tube will be mega heavy, and a nightmare to bend.

if you use Crmo steel you could go down to 1 1/2 inch for the main tubes and 1 5/8 for the secondary tube and they have wall thickness around 0,086inch, it is what we use in denmark for dragsters and it is race legal to 7,5sek passes

Mines legal to 6.5 with unlimited terminal
