Does anyone have any good tips on how to refurb the rubber around the windows, mine are a bit grey and i want to bring them up black again, can you buy new rubbers or would they only get replaced when the window needs replaced?

Use either Auto glym bumper treatment or Maguires tyre gel. Lasts for ages and comes up a treat.

Or you could just get new rubbers.

I used maguires tyre gel before and that left a whyle mess on the paint work, were can i buy new rubbers and are they hard to fit?

You need to wipe the excess off the paint and the rest sticks to the rubbers. I imagine Toyota would be the best place to get new ones from but I wouldn't fancy messing around with them.

I did wipe the excess but it just kept smearing all over the car n the more i wiped the worse it got lol, i dont think id be up for messing about with the windows

Sounds like you over did the gel then.

You onlu need a tiny amount on a small brush. Asda do a set of kids pint brushes that are about 1/4" wide. They are perfect.
