Removing Radiator

Yess definitely unless its some cheap after market thing.

 

I removed the air ducting removed my old one, fitted a new one and all other bits back in about 15mins, howeve when i tried to fit an after market thing it took ages and in the end I sent it back.

 

Think you either need to try sort this situation mate, and get them to stop work. Or bite the bullet and just accept they are going to charge you loads.

I did this last year before the car went single, i remove stock rad and fan shroud after disconnecting hoses and draining the stock rad. I then fitted the fan shroud to the new rad, dropped it back into place, connected up hoses and filled rad. All done in about 35-40 mins :) and this included me wondering around the place looking for tools lol
