Key fob problem

I have a little problem with my key fob for the supra. I used it to lock the car and set the alarm, I went back 1 hour later, pressed the button to unlock it and nothing. I opened it using the key, opened the door and the alarm went off and I have not been able to start it due to the imobiliser. The fob seems the look like it should work, I have a little red light that pops up as usual when I press a button but literally nothing is happening.

Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Could it be the fob battery?

Thanks, Tristan

Worth a shot trying a new battery for a few quid sake. What alarm system is it out of curiosity?

Tried a new one and it doesn't work. I'm having my spare fob and a little emergency imboliser de-activator sent to me to try. I'm hoping it's just the fob that is broke.

No idea what the alarm is, I believe its the standard one it comes out the factory with. Do you know how I can find out?
