My move to canada has been postponed for a few months so I'm toying with the idea of buying a cheap toy (the freelander is great, if a little boring). I'd love a gunmetal NA in manual but they appear to be very rare. This TT caught my eye -I'm guessing the mileage must be questionable? If genuine then I'd say its at least 1500 underpriced and I'm tempted to offer something. Not a great choice for the winter though!

linky2 this one also caught my eye, cheap but its an auto, not sure I could live with that, didn't realise they did an NA in this colour, thought it was just the UK TT.

Thoughts? I prob shouldn't buy anything, I don't need to but want a sub 5k fun car for a few months to cheer me up for delays of relocating :D

I certainly wouldn't say it's under priced! The engine bay condition does not lead me to believe this car has only done 45k miles. Looks more like 145K than 45K. But this is just my observation.

It has a UK spec speedo, again just an observation, doesn't detract from the car.

I wouldn't be looking at a supra for a car as a toy "for a few months" unless it was really cheap, in which case you can easily sell it quickly to get your money back.

IMO, if you bought this and tried to sell it in a few months, you would struggle to get your money back.
