Freeze on way - Coolant

OK, heard earlier that there is (supposedly) some cold weather coming shortly and we may be in for a chilly winter.

With this in mind, does everyone have sufficient antifreeze in their coolant? Anyone what the mixture should be and what the correct fluid to use/not use is?

Cheers

Quoting the manual:-

Use a good brand of ethylene-glycol base coolant and mix it according to the manufacturer's directions.

Using coolant which includes more than 50% ethylene-glycol (but not more than 70%) is recommended.

NOTICE:-

Do not use alcohol type coolant.

The coolant should be mixed with demineralized water or distilled water.

Personnally I use 4life all year round but it is a bit expensive.

EDITED to say 4life comes premixed.
