Hi

I think I gonna do these myself in my garage, maybe sounds crazy but I will take the risky, need some advice's can you help doing some, thanks ?

What kit should I buy, my supra has 79 851 km, should I buy a complete kit front+rear+rack ?

I notice in the Super Pro Bushing Kits there exists two sizes for ex. these :

Toyota - Front - Control Arm Lower Front Bushes

4 bushes, 2 tubes, early model up to 5/96. Bush OD = 49.5mm

Part No. SPF1403K

vs

Toyota - Front - Control Arm Lower Front Bushes

4 bushes, 2 tubes, late model 5/96 on. Bush OD = 46mm

Part No. SPF1650K

anyone why these Bush OD difference ?

from what i've heard from a few people on here i'd steer well clear of polly bushes n get new toyota parts

This.

While the poly bushes might be good compared to worn stock ones, only new OEM (or even TRD, perhaps?) will last for another 10-15 years.

Yes there are two sizes, the only difference in bushing sizes between the facelift and pre-facelift are one corner of the front lower 'triangle' or suspension arm. The pre-facelift is suppose to have a bigger diameter Part No. SPF1403K to the facelift ones. Though strangely enough my bottoms suspension arms are pre-facelift ones even though it was built in 2000. Its a mistake that has cost me 174 pounds as I now have to buy the different bushes as I bought the complete facelift kit from Paul Whifbitz group buy.

I recently chanced the bushes along with new Meister R coilover and noticed a massive difference, I now have almost no bodyroll in sharp corners. From taking the old bushes of the suspension arms you can see how much tougher Toyota's OEM is they are a real struggle to get off. If money wasn't a concern having to do it again I would buy all OEM but still I am very 'very' satisfied with my set up now!

It's not a nice job this one batmax, as labour is so much cheaper in Portugal compared to UK I would pass on this task to somebody that doesn't know how much of a pain in the ass it is going to be.

How about the ball joints? Were yours still in good condition when you changed the bushes?

What exactly is required to replace the bushes, any special equipment?
