Smart upgrades or not?

The car goes into garage whifbitz at the end of the month to have a single kit fitted as well as a new high flow fuel system, before that the car goes to Dave for new coilovers and a big brake kit fitted

Question is I want to do this properly and have taken some key learns from previous mistakes I have made, some of them costly as well, I have brought an oil cooler and twin kenlowe fan set up, I have since been thinking perhaps I am better sticking with the stock fan (fluidyne rad) ?

I also read that an oil cooler lowers oil pressure which I don't see as a smart move, would you leave the fan as stock and not fit the oil cooler
