Urgent help needed please :-(

ok so i was driving home from a small journey the last night and supra was running perfect so had no worries, i pulled into a garage to get some fuel when i noticed heaps of steam coming from the bonnet but when i checked the temp gauge it was fine so i popped the bonnet to be greeted with a massive cloud of steam and a hiss of high pressure coming from somewhere down the left hand side or maybe the back of the engine ( thats where it sounded like anyway ). Then i noticed all the brown water underneath the car. My initial thought was oh no its blown the head. So i checked the oil filler but there was no water in the oil ( not milky ) but the engine coolant had gone and leaving a tiny bit of browny coloured water in the coolant tank and the radiator. But the car still turns over fine and runs fine its just losing pressure somewhere so i dont think it a head gasket. Now i dont really know what the problem could be this is why im asking if anyone has had this before, there is one thing i noticed and thats that the mesh grill on the front of my supra has been bent back and the heat shield padding has been knocked back as if i have hit a bird or something and not noticed. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
