Hello

Bobbeh's idea is good but if the headlamps are only yellowed on the outer surface you can polish them with a bit of T-Cut and that yellow shit will come straight off. However, if they have started to yellow on the inside it is possible to take the headlamp apart to clean using an oven (Use the search facility and type 'j-spec headlamps', that should find something on the subject) although this job is not as easy as it is made out to be and some people have ruined headlamps that way.

I've been polishing the headlamps on mine about once every 4 months and they come up like new every time. (Unfortunatley the only permanent way to stop it is to replace for glass)

Hi Mark,

be warned though mate, sticking them in the oven is a messy job... Don't use your mum's oven or do it when your GF's in...:p

If I remember correctly my GF's words went along the lines of "WTF is a headlamp doing in the oven and what is that smell" when she came home as I was doing mine... :D :D :D

I baked the caliper paint onto my freshly painted calipers in my oven. The house was filled with a rather noxious and possibly cancer inducing smoke oooops.
