Will a Trial Rear Bumper fit in a Focus or Civic?

I bought a trial rear bumper from a member in the highlands and have managed to find a courier company that will deliver it for a really good price. But as they quote delivery as 1-3 days I can't get it delivered to a home address so am thinking of getting it delivered to work and throwing it in the back of the girlfriends civic or my mate will pop down in his civic.

Question is will it fit in either of these?

Was it a tight squeeze? I don't think I'm going to have much choice really. Plan was to get it delivered from Highlands to my mates house in High Wycombe as he can work from home for one day if I give him enough warning but as couriers can't confirm a date I am probably going to have to get it delivered to my work and then transport it from there myself.
