Lowering??? Eibach?? HKS???

Hi every one,
Am in need of lowring my na and am very tempted by the eibachs as they seem to be tried and tested. I currently have 19" pacifics on , does anyone know if they will rub and will I need too do arch work?
How much will they lower an NA in mm?
Have seen some springs and shocks for sale off a uk twin turbo (kYB and HkS) will these go straight on?

1st choice would be Espilirs - they are the best spring only by FAR, lower the supe by the perfect amount so no catching etc.

2nd choice would be Tein's :)

The KYBs and HKS's will go straight on too.

I got Eibachs over standard uk dampers on 18's, lowered the car 20-odd mill'... no rubbing at all, no adverse handling, fitted me-self in under 2 hours. Top banana m8 :cool: :) ( 19's are coming.....)
