Help with vacuum on NA throttle body.

Need help again guys,

As most of you will know I'm trying to fit an ffim to my NA motor.

Now I've deleted the vacume box that sits under the NA inlet and I was wondering about a few things on the NA throttle body.

There is a vacume hose that connects to the throttle body. What is this for?

And there is some type of damper type thing on the underside of the throttle body. What is that for?

Vacuum port?

Damper thing?

Cheers FOSTA :)

Really?:p and the vac port on the tb is probably for the power steering idle up I rekon

Is that what it's for or is that just a guess?

Could I just connect it stright to the plenum instead of the throttle body?

Just So I don't have any vacuume lines running to the throttle.

Cheers :)

its a half guess lol, but there 2 lines off the power steering idle up one is off the intake for the vac the other isnt, I took mine off the intercooler pipe before the throttle body as my aftermarket throttle body has no take offs either
