Is there any differece between the two manifolds. Would i gain anything if i changed to a UK spec. Is it a straight swop?

You'd gain nothing. The only real difference is the stud pattern for the turbos.
The JDM has 3, the UK has 4.

Would you not then need UK turbo's and downpipes?

Will leave it as it is then. Was just wondering if there was more flow through the UK Spec. But if it means UK turbos shall leave it as it is.
