_Shane_ Posted June 9, 2012 Share Posted June 9, 2012 Well i got my supra back yesterday and drove it for the first time since last november. The car is mis-firing really bad, i dont know if the plugs are fouled, the coils are giving trouble or the injectors etc The car just splutters as your driving then seems to drive ok for a bit and then spluttering again Going to go at the coils tomorrow and see if they are the culprit. When i collected the car yesterday it pretty much died after about 1 min of running and this was because there as no fuel in it so i put fresh fuel in. When the turbo kit and fuel kit were fitted and i collected it from SSI i was just told its not mapped, the neo is setup to get ya around but you will have pretty much no use of the turbo as is now, i drove the car from northern Ireland back down to southern Ireland that day and car drove perfectly, no missing etc Then car was parked up waiting to go to bodyshop which it did in november, battery died while there so the car was pushed in and out of shop and on/off the ramps etc Got car back yesterday and it missed slightly on way home, no hard driving just normal driving, i could feel it missing slightly, today i took a mate for a quick spin and it was missing pretty bad, no engine management lights on, oil pressure was 6-8 bar, engine temp normal Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
