used to have a stick on type on mine but prefer it mounted onto two brackets in the gap,

Have a look in my garage. Should have one with the genuine mount with an import sized plate.

 

Avoid stick on as you will get stopped around Guildford way.

 

What are you doing with your stock bumper, if it started off with one?

 

I've ordered a stick on one for now. Will see what happens if I get stopped. I'm blonde - I'll plead ignorance :)

 

Stock bumper is sat in my lounge next to me...

That looks awful. Soopra, I would go with the angled brackets, very neat and legal, will not affect air flow either so a no brainer really.
