Recommended Posts

A heat shield separating the air filter from the rest of the (hot) engine bay is usually a good idea. I've never seen an implementation that has been anywhere near wires, let alone caused them abrasion. Sounds like a bodge job. :(

not had time to take any but i have got it going fused the wire's to the coil nackered a ht lead fues the wires to the air temp sensor and to the white thing under the coil oh and blew a fuse i've patched the loom for now and ordered new ht leads (uprated) and disy cap and arm going tonight to pinch the loom off a scraper at my mate's yard also picking up turbo inlet and top mount turbo exhaust manifold and manual box for later down the line :)
