Please take a minute to read all the facts, sorry it's so long but there's important info in there............. honest.

I'm gonna get one of those hose kit things for the engine bay, all the coloured hoses to replace my old hoses (might stop the lag a bit too!!).

Which colour do you lot reckon? Blue or red?

Keep in mind the fact that my interior is going blue, all dash lights blue, blue footwell neons, blue interior light, reverse EL glow dials etc.

May eventually get G&B interior done too, which would probably have a blue theme of some kind.

My wheels (see pics in sig link) have a blue interior to them, and I'm going to paint my calipers blue when I get a spare minute. Although if I go for UK brakes and they don't fit I'll be getting more regular silver alloys, dunno if I'll repaint the calipers or not until I do that though.

So, red is the usual engine bay colour, sporty and everything. But blue would match the car (be colour coordinated as my fiance keeps telling me!!).

Then again the engine is quite seperate from the alloys and interior, not seen as often so I think a contrast would work OK (plus my boost gauge hose is already red.).

What does everyone think? Red or blue?

now that depends on what other stuff you have under there. if you have FMIC etc the blue is darker, if not the lighter one is quite pretty. i've got flo and havent fitted them yet, was wondering if i should have gone for dark or even purple, although i did try and swap them from purple.

Difficult isn't it?

:D

Apparently flo blue reacts to UV light, so I might get some UV neon tubes and stick them to the underside of the bonnet, run through a switch on the bonnet catch.

I dunno how exactly they react though - guessed they look a bit like a white shirt under dark light bulbs.

No other blue in the bay yet, I'm gonna get a blue vacuum hose to replace my red boost gauge hose.
