time to update the Spec-list as it is this day :)

 

87mm bored block.

New core plugs.

Block painted gloss black.

Mahle 87mm pistons.

Manley H beam rods with ARP rod bolts.

ARP Main bolts.

ARP head bolts.

New Toyota Oil Pump.

New Toyota Water Pump.

All new engine gaskets from toyota engine gasket kit

TRD Engine mounts.

Balanced full assembly.

Clevite, main, rod and thrust bearings.

 

Powerhouse racing T4 twin scroll exhaust manifold dual wastegate

Precision 7675DBB CEA

twin 44mm TIAL wastegate

50mm TIAL blowoff

 

Whifbitz stage 2 head. "Whifbitz Stage 2 modified cylinder head. This consists of full port using stock valve guides, thinned recut valve seats, reshaped & refaced standard valves, modified short sides, surfaced, new valve stem seals, reshimmed and assembled ready to install. Require old head in exchange".

 

Ferrera dual springs and titanium retainers

 

Whifbitz 280 cams. "Garage Whifbitz 280 9.9mm lift camshaft for the 2JZ-GTE. Made in the UK by a well known and long established manufacturer to our own specs. Must be used with uprated valve springs, designed for maximum power/torque they are best suited to cars with a built engine to maximise the power band. More durations and lifts available very soon. Price is for a pair of camshafts".

Whifbitz stock oil cooler removal stud with Mocal thermostatic take off.

K&N filter.

Polished water neck, with the two water take off for the turbos welded shut (same as Geo's car).

Chrome alternator.

N/A polished water pipe as part of the stock oil cooler delete. I still have the stock pipework which I will sell with the engine

so this is the big one :eyebrows: got my engine out to day so the build can begin..

 

my thoughts is.

 

machine work on the engine (bored/honet balanced and polished internals)

 

carillo h beams

mahle pistons

stock crank

ATI dampener

 

PHR manifold

Precision 6766

BL 4" exhaust

 

 

GSC srage1 cam

TITAN cam gears

no sure about the valves yet. maybe i´ll just getting a whif or other finish made head

 

will very much like to hear what your guys have to say so far ? any pointers or advisees

Parts list sounds pretty decent. Any ideas on compression? Planning to run high-comp + e85?

 

year but might change few things :) it´s the first time i do this .. so gonna gang up with the right people :) no idear about the comp. yet . would like a race setting on E85 but i denmark we dont have it on the pumps yet Shell 99vpower is the best we got

any notes on why go eigther ACL ot clivite bearings ?

I would go with ACL bearings .. they are on my shopping list too.

 

Your manifold looks ace. :)

 

sound´s good :) all of my budies over here all so use ACL .... but didt not know why :?

 

thanks the PHR manifold is a nice bit of kit ... took 5months to get thougt :thumbdown:
