Redline Warning

3 times now - a nasty noise has come from the engine. This is come from not changing gear quick enough .. and so it's going into the redline. Not reaching fuel cut either as no red warning triangle light either.

Does anyone know where I can get abit of electronics that is I can configure to warn me (audible beep - would prefer) when I reach a certain RPM ?

I don't really have the space for another Gauge as don't want to start ripping out air vents. I've got A Dual Pillar pod .. but that's full already.

Hehe! But I think the idea is would like a warning before I get that nasty engine revving it's ass off warning :)

It happened when I was having a play with a Porker off the lights.

Not watching my rev-counter ... more concerned about the road etc. :)

Had a look at the shift lights ... they look like microphones!!!

A box the size of a Turbo Timer that ties into the ECU that gives off a beep when you reach say 6.5K would be nice.

Otherwise - the DEFI VSD Concept would be alternative.

I sell these, they don't beep, but they look classy and work well, no wiring involved, I sell loads, don't think I have mentioned them on here before though
