Offset questions regarding handling (aggressive setup)

I know a lot of people will be quick to say just to buy rims that fit my car and all that, but I found some wheels that I'd really like and be 100% satisifed with for a long time to come. There are other choices on the market but I would not be fully satisifed. These specific wheels just fit within my price range and have my ideal looks.

The rears are 19x10.5 +30 offset. I would run a 295/30 tyre. My car has shaved rear lip so I know this should be rather easy fit.

The fronts are 19x9.5 +22... BUT they touch TT calipers. With a 5mm spacer they clear no problem. But with the spacer this makes the offset +17 (so 19x9.5 +17 end result)

For the front I would like to run a 255/35 tyre.

I'm a bodyman and have experience in fender work. So what I'll be doing it just make a slight clean pull. It won't require much since they about clear anyways. The alighnment has also been adjusted for more sharp handling with -1 camber, so it will also help on the clearance. But anyways the end result is that they wheels will clear and I'll make it work.

My main question and concern is about the offset in the front. Does high offset have any negative effect on handling, would I be more prone for understeer under heaving turning?? I think 255 is a resonable size to have up front, my question is more so regarding the offset aspect.

Thanks in advance
