Southbend Stage 2 clutch slipping after only 7,000k Miles

I had a Southbend stage 2 clutch fitted 1.5yrs ago and since then I've only done 7k miles 'normal fast road driving'; recently its started to slip on the high gears. When I fitted the clutch I didn't replace the flywheel I find it hard to believe that the clutch is worn already, what do you think?

Am I able to just replace the flywheel?

You will know, once you pull it out, if the clutch has worn down or if the Fly wheel needs replacing. But before that I am not sure, you can do anything to check.. Some else might have an idea.

My Southbend stage 3 is working fine, but has also done only 2000 miles
