Samurai 20V Posted February 20, 2012 Share Posted February 20, 2012 Hi. Has anybody any experience with these 2 units? I can get a new 1st Gen (obsolete stock) for 1/3 price of the new 2nd Gen. As far as I can tell the 1st gen has a NTK sensor and the 2nd Gen a Bosch sensor. The knock detection is just splice from OEM sensor. Other than the redesigned unit, they seem to be the same.
