Rattling while driving

Hi all, i have a really bugging rattling sound on the supra, i thought it could be stones in the bumper or skirts, but after a few checks, it seems to happen even if the front driver side wheel moves slightly, when driving at around 10-20 mph its really annoying any ideas?

thanks, Kevin

Could be a heatshield or something loose underneath the car. I had a rattling noise when i was travelling really slowly and it was very annoying. Got it on a ramp and turned out to be a loose metal clip rattling against the downpipe. Does it rattle when stood still with the engine running? Mine didnt at first but obviously became worse when it got looser over time.

Could the retaining clips on the pads have come loose?

I seem to remeber CW saying something about this in the past. It's either that or your paint is cracking?

H.

This.

I can hear rattling like coins in a pocket (like when playing pocket hockey) from the passenger side when going slowly and over bumps, and it seems to be what CW said a while ago about about the anti rattle shims/retaining pins/clips on the pads.
