people normal try this mod when there is a problem with the stock squencial,and then like it because it might better suit them, but thats because most times there was a problem with the squencial in the first place,there is a thread showing a dyno plot somwhere showing there is a boost spike and lean spot when in ttc. each to there own but no real gain unless you have a ecu to take benafits from it

There is a world of difference between going parallel with proper boost control and an ECU of sorts controlling the fuelling, and just jamming open some actuators and letting god sort it out. The first way changes the way the car behaves and you can get some interesting midrange gains. The second way merely introduces buckets of lag, unpleasantly lean running, and a nasty boost spike at 4000rpm.
