Removing EGR

I'm currently getting lots of info to fit a Mk4 2JZ-GE in my Mk3 Supra . . .

Here's a question: On the 7M series engines (usually fitted to the Mk3) most of us completely remove the EGR system, as it's a waste of space and adds more heat to the back of the cylinder head

Do you guys remove it from the 2J engines?

Only the UK spec Supras have the EGR system..

Yes I blanked off the EGR on my current 7M-GE engine years ago, and removed all the clutter !! But looking to fit a 2JZ-GE in my Mk3 soon . . so glad it will come without any of the EGR system!

Many thanks for the help guys
