Dude did my conversion for me on my black Supra, its not the actual tunnel, its a plate you need to buy from Toyota which is placed on, mine looks like its oem they did such a good job.

it is the tunnel mate there a total diffrant shape it can be done without changing it but its a boge job.

There are 2 ways of doing this depending on what tools etc you have available to you, you can drill all the spot welds out and chisel the complete panel out, then refit the whole new panel and bond/weld it back in, you can just rivet and bolt it in with a decent bonding agent like sikoflex. The second way is to cut just the hump part of the tunnel out of the car and cut a very slightly larger panel from the 6 speed tunnel and weld this into the car after pushing it up from underneath, when finished with a bead of sikoflex this is just as neat as factory BUT you will need some decent metalwork tools to neatly cut the panels out and good welding skills to neatly weld in the hump so it appears to be factory, I have tried both ways and prefer just fitting the hump, the trick is to make sure it is sealed so no fumes come in, also to use ALL the rubber gaskets and gromets as Toyota do for the same reason as well as sound insulation. One of the biggest compliments ive had was when Rod Bell motorsports looked at a car I did and said it looked factory.
