Multics Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 Has anyone got Image Wheels? Would you recommend them? I'm looking at getting a new set of wheels in February. My budget is around £1500 (give or take £200) for a set without tyres. Chris Wilson Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 Good wheels. Can be built exactly right, with correct (no adaptor rings needed) hub counterbore, exact offset, blah blah. Some centres are lighter than others. Unless things have improved of late get everything specced in writing and be aware they used to work to a different calendar to the rest of the western world, their 1 month seemed to equate to my 4 months plus. I think I'll go for a Japanese set of wheels, can't go too wrong with Rays, Work, SSR etc for the same price or a tad more. And there was me wanting to do my bit to support the local businesses...
