diff/prop flexible coupling where from?

i did do a search but doesnt really come up with much about them if people use solid or stock custom.

i think there are different types not sure though

i have a jspec auto with stock lsd,

i dont know price jamie as i was asking here first to see if i would need a uprated one i will call mrT later too see, would be great if you have one, what are you using now if you dont mind me asking?

A lot of other cars run a similar type part that is available in an uprated urethane material, maybe worth contacting someone who sells these and give them measurements and see if it matches a BMW or ford etc uprated part, either that or get a one piece prop, Mark Newmans was not too expensive.
