well as some of you know, i have been doing a N/A auto to a TT 5sp Manual swap. all by myself! im by any means not a mechanic but keep a logical approch to things and a lot of reaserch and help from here.

 

i always wanted an aerotop and got her for a song! ( the guy really didnt know what he had) and it was begging for the conversion! so i hope this inspires anyone thinking about attempting it to just do it! it actually was not that hard, although installing the clutch pedal was a bit of a bitch!!

 

so here is a before and after shot, i will do a full write up at some point.

very nice and well done on doing the work yourself

i have a small plate on the front of my supra i think its somthing like 12inch by 4inch not sure of the font size but it is small. had it on there for 4 years never been botherd by the police and have no problems with MOT but then my MOT tester is my best mate so will let things like that and decats go

what is the smallest size plate i can get away with on a import?? i know the rear has to be a standard size but the front??

 

PM Jurgen. He does the smallest legal size and i got mine off him.i also carry the legislation with me in the car incase the rozzers get picky
