Hi Guys,

Right, all sorted. This is exactly what is going on with AFR.

As you all know, John is back at austec in Crawley. AFR Tuning UK will be continuing under John and Paul from Crawley.

As for me, well I am off to very different shores ! I have agreed to relocate to Minneapolis in America, and I have taken a 50% share in a tuning company in Minneapolis. The company there will be rebranded as AFR Tuning USA, or similar, and I will be working from there.

The company I am working with has a full retail parts website, so we will be offering very nicely priced parts for you all from America. More details to come on this, but parts bought through AFR america will be subject to discounted fitting in the UK :) All details to be worked out and then posted up.

I visited Minneapolis a few weeks ago and will be going again before christmas for a two week period, then it's back home to sell the house and emigrate :)

John and I will continue to work together and we have a lot going on. We both wish continue on here as traders under AFR Tuning, working together.

I would like to wish John all the best in the UK, and expect to see posts from me from the other side of the pond :)

For now, can I please ask that all enquiries are directed to John.

Good luck Matt..! I just looked at the average temperature in Minneapolis and from May till September you have 22+ degrees celsius weather..! That's almost 6 months of solid summer 'it's not that bad..!

I understand where you are coming from though, I've lived in many countries in my life its fun and refreshing to immigrate..! In the US alone I've lived in Ft. Lauderdale '1hr north of Miami', Amarillo Texas and Lafayette Louisiana. The Americans in general are very nice people and the girls there are a total 'sucker for British accent'....! ;-)

Nice one, exciting times, im looking forward to some tasty US kit!

I need to speak to JB about upgrading the trader membership so we have a full size section and all the AFR US available supra parts will be on there and a link to the other parts they do, these also include a lot of US domestic parts which is handy becuase we are getting a lot of enquiries now people have seen the Daywalker and the 8 ltr pro street escort we are building.

Im just a little confused as you said in your thread that you and the other chap have left AFR and gone back to Austec.

We are in the Austec building exactly where Matt started AFR tuning JB, so we have kinda gone full circle all AFR websites and phone numbers will still be working and come thru to me here.
