Good Morning All!!

I thought i should come on here and introduce myself as, hopefully, i shall be joining the Supra owning fraternity in the next week or two.

I'm a self confessed car nut and have gone from an EK Honda Civic Vti to a 4x4 Escort RS2000 to an Evo V GSR that i sold just two weeks ago. I've been interested in a Supra for quite some time now and have my eye on a silver '94 NA manual. It's freshly imported with around 40k miles on the clock and every bit of history from the initial service in Japan. The car is pretty standard apart from the obligatory s/s exhaust and air filter. It's got an Abflug front bumper which may go as i'm keener on the original bumper to be honest!

Other than that it's a nice standardish car.

I looked at the TT versions but felt that it could be too expensive in the long run. I'm on a tight budget at the moment having just invested in a new company and bought a house that i'm currently rennovating.

So, hopefully i'll be back on here with the car shortly and may even have some money to spend on 'fettling' the NA lump!

Nice to meet you all!

Thanks

James

Jake,

Thanks for that......school boy error on my part! lol!

It's going to be another steep learning curve for me!! Learning all there is to know about the evo was tough enough so lets hope the supra's a simple 'fly by wire' car ;)

Thanks for the comments everyone!

p.s. It's not mine yet, the seller's on holiday till next week but when he's back i'll be flying down to London to buy the car and drive it back home.....mmmm can't wait! Nice 500mile trip! Thank the lord i never had to do it in the evo....it used to do approx 9mpg and would empty a tank in 84miles if it was being pused hard!

Cheers

James
