Horrific noise detected

Ok been having a horrid noise on bad roads and when going over bumps which was driving me mad!!

Spent half hour under the car and have found that when I pull/swing up and down on the Uprated TRD ARB the rubber bushes squeak as they flex and grip the bar which is making a horrific noise on anything other than smooth motorway runs....anyone know what I can do to stop this?

Is it a common problem?

Its embarrassing sounds like the car is going to fall apart when going over bumps as it sounds more like a scrape/click when I go over bad roads...I have sprayed the Rubber bushes with WD40 ....not been and tried it yet to see if its improved...

Should I be able to remove it and grease up the bushes perhaps? What are my options?

Thanks

Guys incase anyone else ever gets this problem....after stripping the bar I realised the TRD ARB 's have individual grease nipples...where you can connect a grease gun upto them and pump the bushes with grease, after doing this the car is super smooth now and no scraping clunking sounds anymore
