Hi all,

Was out for a drive in my car today and was driving it for about 15-20 mins, and it started to miss a bit. I pulled in and when i gave it a rev and the hand went to settle like it normally does it started to bounce instead between 500 and 1000 rpm so i turned it off and back on again and everything seemed okay.

So there later on tonight i was driving for about 30 mins and it started to do the same thing again, it's like it's going off a plug or something.

I have new plugs in it, so does anyone have any idea whats going on??

And i checked for boost leaks and everythings fine that end!!

Thanks

I'll have to look at them tomorrow. If it was a faulty coil pack would it not do it all the time now??

Could be be breaking down when heated. I had the similar problem with my NA when the leads were breaking down after a decent run in cold weather. Other than that it never missed at all. I would swap some or all of the coil packs and see if that makes a difference. Be careful, they are easy to break and very expensive

Usually manifest issues under load unless fubarred, but I did say it would be the connecters

Who changed your plugs? Are they gapped correctly, and what brand are they?
