100% duty cycle spiking

Hi All,

 

I am in the process of mapping my emanage ultimate on my Soarer with a 1JZGTE engine. I can get the AFRs ok, but whenever I get close to 1 bar on boost, the injectors spike up to 100% and start oscillating. It looks very strange on the datalog - the injectors go from 66% straight up to 100% within 20ms, and then back to 66%, repeatedly. It looks like a series of jagged spikes on the log. What could it be? Fubar'd injectors? fuel pressure? Any ideas?

Replying to my own thread: its the input duty cycle. This is the injector signal the emanage is receiving from the ECU, as soon as it climbs to 100%, the emanage goes nuts and the injectors spike. The solution seems to be to reduce the input duty cycle - but how? Airflow correction?

 

Mods: maybe this should be in non-Supra technical.
