Carbon wrapping the supra dash panels

Just thought I'd share this with you guys.

 

Decided that I wanted to get the dash panels done but didnt want the 3m stuff so after a bit of searching I found a guy who does carbon wrapping

and dropped my panels off to him.

 

I will add the progress photos to see what peoples opinions are but I have to say I'm very happy with his progress.

 

Step 1 All parts sanded and epoxy coated

Looks a little murky as the 2nd coat of resin has just been applied and will need 7 hours to set.

Is that a carbon mods skinning kit? If so, how did you find it? Easy to use etc ? Good job by the way :)

 

Not sure as I'm not doing the job myself, I have given it to a guy who knows what he's doing :D

 

 

Asked the chap doing the work and he gets his stuff from carbon mods

 

 

Kits not overly hard to use but dash definitely wouldn't be the first thing i'd do. (arm rest or something, door sill maybe)
