Hi Guys

I have just bought the stage 3 single Turbo kit form Suprastore in the USA and this should give me 600-700HP.

Now I want to upgrade my wheels to a wider set on the back to get all that power down, and was thinking 315's on the rear and 255's on the front.

I am really struggling to find someone who can supply wheels of this size does anyony know a company that can deliver the goods.

cheers ::search:

Hey Chris,

can you post up details about the turbo. Is it a PHR Stage 3 kit?

I don't think you need to go that wide to get the power down. I'm running Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires (semi-slick). Even though I'm only running 265 on the rears, I have full traction in 3rd when the tires are warmed up.

Cheers

I loved how my single was with 265 tyres too. It was just right for me :)

Hi Luc

The web page: http://www.suprastore.com/19to19suhoki.html

You will see tha stage 3 kit it's only Turbo and a few other bits I have gone for the Precision 67 Turbo and Rk fuel system [ you can pick and choose your parts] I wanted a Greedy T88 but was advised it would spool really late the T67 spools at 3500-4000 which is fine and can make 850 with the right fuel but here in Thailand the fuel is Piss poor only 91 and 95 gasahol so gonna map it for Gasahol 95.

Below from Mark at Supra store:

Here is what we are going to do Chris:

Stage 3 Turbo Kit - Upgraded PTE 67mm Turbo (polished compressor) w/ RKS 1000 Dual Pump Fuel System: $8550 (can make 880hp)

GReddy Type R Blow Off Valve (the bad boy) http://www.suprastore.com/gredtyprblow.html

TRD Speedo $399

Innovate Wideband LT-1 Kit (rectangular gauge mounts on dash on or top of steering wheel)

AEM Truboost Electronic Boost Control with/integral boost gauge (mounts in clock location)

Blitz BLM Pressure Gauge (for fuel). which can mount in-dash or in an A/C vent location (60mm)

Total is $10,198 USD plus freight. Delivery is about 3-4 weeks ARO, as we build the turbo kit on order.

Hope this is usfull Luc

Nice Chris,

the price sounds not too bad neither.

What clutch are you going for?

What fuel pumps are you going for .. twin Walbro?

Pay attention that you won't be able to run massive boost on poor pump fuel.

Best luck ;)

Hi Luc

Thanks for the reply, the clutch has allready be Changed I am not to sure which one but it's really hard work in town, savage as hell!!! I presume a paddle or multi plate, I almost have to launch every time from the lights ha ha, and as for the RATTLE!! embarrasing somtimes sitting at a zebra crossing and folk looking wondering if the car has a problem.

The fuel pumps come with the RKS setup it a direct change out, just pull the old assy out put the new one in, plus the new fuel rail with 1000cc injectors,

regarding the poor fuel yeah I know thanks I goes quite well on the Gasahol 95% gas and 5% ethanol. I will be happy with 600Hp on the dyno but we shall see. will let you know.

cheers

The EMS is the AEM V2, Suprastore will map as near to the fuel I am using and I paid a bit extra for remote tunning, where I run the car around and log the results send it to Supra store and they will look and modify it to suit, they say they can get it very near to perfect, but obviously I will put it on the dyno for final tweeking.
