Single Turbo Intercooler Pipes - Where to buy?

As above really, I've had a quick look around and I'm struggling to find single intercooler pipes. I know a couple of exhaust places that are local to me but I don't want to be using heavy exhaust steels for intercooler pipes.

Any suggestions on where is best to buy these parts, or have them made? Also, what size piping is recommended? Looking to run around 700hp on a stock manifold so I'm thinking I'll need as little restriction in the piping as possible. I was thinking 3.5"?

The pipe size will all depend on the parts your using, intercooler/turbo/throttle body.

You can get cheap universal pipe kits on eBay but they tend to be very thin wall meterial.

Have a look on viper performance website, they sell all the different bends and straights.

You can also buy pipe beading kits so if you have to cut any pipes up you can rebead them, alternatively you can get a bead welded round the end if the pipe.

Fantastic Lee, just what I was after. Viper performance sounds ideal. I've seen the eBay stuff and I don't think it will cut it for me.

The intercooler I have is a greddy 4 row as far as I can tell (4" core). I think the ports are 3.5" hence why I was thinking that would be ideal. The turbo is the 6765 billet which I think is either 2.5 or 3" outlet and the intake is the stock one... 3" I think? I already have a reducer on the intake side as the piping there is 3.5". It's more the tubby side I'm struggling with.
