for those who are interested heres the process.this took me about an hour and half ,take your time and plan your moves before you stick it.

pic 1 and two are in the wrong order

pic 1 tools needed

pic 2 rub down panel and de grease

pic 3 lay out your carbon

pic 4 use brush [1/4 inch] to put glue on panel do it in stages, pull the carbon slightly keeping the pattern straight.

pic 5 trim off the excess and stick the carbon round the edges

pic 6 using the scalpel cut all the holes glue the back and stick them down one at a time

pic 7 the finished panel :)

dave i got a question on the carbon wrap itself, do you use the 3m stuff? if so would it cope with under bonnet temperatures.

I would mate but I do love to do things myself + I am trying to save for my TT6 at the same time as modifying my n/a but dont want to pump to much into it as it will be sold next year and i will not see any of the money again :(

you can always swap the panels over
