johnny g
You will learn loads if you take the time to read through some of them This. Also, if you say that you can't be bothered to read through then information that's already here - why should the Club Members be bothered to write the replies? As MagicTorch said, you'll get a LOT of information from the Project threads.

tony tt
Project threads are you're way forward its the safest way to do it because its tried and tested. If you don't do it right it will cost you more of a bomb than you will already spend going single properly.
hodge
For 500-550hp id go for a GT35R turbo or ever a Borg Warner equivilant. Drop Paul Whiffin a P.M I'm sure he can do you a good deal on a full turbo kit with everything you need turbo side. For 500hp the stock fuel lines will be fine but you will need an updated pump. Although a Walbro pump will be Sufficient for this power it will be maxed out so I'd go for a Bosch 044 pump. 800cc drop it injectors will be ample for your setup too. ECU side personally I'd go for a standalone ECU but the cost a lot but well worth the money.

Ricky49
PT 6262 billet turbo would be good for that sort of power

JamieP
Missed where you said 550bhp, my best advice is buy a complete turbokit with everything you need, buying bits from all over the place can be a pita when it comes to fitting. I would go with whifbitz 600bhp S362 62mm Borg Warner kit with 3" DP/MP £3396.35 + VAT single walbro pump, drop in 650cc injectors Syvecs ECU mapped by Ryan at 2bartuning Decent single plate clutch if manual. dave finch
thanks guys thing is i have read a few of the project threads but none of them are what i want to do i want to find as many parts as i can second hand the best parts for the least amount of cash no point in phoning and bothering a company when i will probably do the work myself in my workshop really i should imagine there far to busy for that so 044 best pump to go for and a gt35r well theres the first bits i need never seen a pt 6262 or even heard of it will look that out too

Rob_Mitchell
have you seen my build? apart from all the bling my build is pretty simple, im hoping for 550bhp which should be a fun quick street car plus im staying auto for a few years

johnny g
I'd say the GTX35R over the GT35R, other than that, with what Jamie and Hodge said.
