Gaz I spoke to a guy at TEIN uk and he is being difficult with a part I need...

Some nice (STUPID ASS) engineer has stripped one of my Tein Flex Lugs. Its one of the 3 main lugs that connects the shock / ball mount to the suspension turret area.

I think you know what I mean. But I really need a new one ASAP!

Can you please order this part for me and get it delivered very quickly?

We can ship the part to your dealer, list price £3.50 +vat and maybe your mechanic could re-fit.

If you take the latter option, you will need to be very careful as the baseplate for the uppermount is aluminium and can easily be damaged. This will be costly as it means you will need to fork out for some new uppermounts and they only come in pairs.

I can get the replacement parts Chris.

If you want it really ASAP - they will charge me £7 for the carraige so I would have to charge you £10.50, plus our delivery for it!

If you can wait till our next delivery (sometime next week) then I can just charge you £3.50 + delivery + VAT.
