Its a 67, american auto box and the nicest axle set up I have seen, he said it has run 9.3 but that may be 500m not the 1/4 mile, he is French and a nice guy.

and who said 6 speeds are the best? top stuff from an auto. i like this car alot

6 speeds are definatly not best for drag racing by a long way. i would say a good auto well setup and matched converter is worth 1/ 1.5 seconds over a getrag !! Autos are much quicker bot not as much fun !!! And you would hate it on the roads as the converter will slip far too much to be driveable.

the getrag is a very slow box to change gears in which is why im changing to a 5 speed sequential over winter, prob air shifted.
