Replacing stock hoses with new colour coded ones.

I've seen quite a few cars now with colour coded engine bays, where they've been replacing the old stock hoses with aftermarket versions of a colour of their choosing. Does anyone know a good place to start looking at them, maybe a company with a website? I'm slowly changing my engine bay to white and running out of things to spray :p Also, does anyone know where to buy polished parts/know anyone making them ie polished fan shrowd etc.

Thanks

Dan

Viper Performance and Samco and a few others all can sell you various lengths and colours of whatever type of silicone hose (fuel, oil, breather, etc) in whatever width you need, as well as a few car-specific kits (boost hoses, rad pipes, etc). I've got a few different pipes from Viper and find them to be good AND well-priced - bonus!

Look here.

What hoses came with the kit Scott, can you remember?

Every single vac hose bud. The lot of them. Have a look at my site and you will see the ones I replaced. I also had STACKS left over as I have helped sort out a few members cars with cracked vac lines etc.

Hmmm me thinks i will be ordering one of those then :) I take it i have to pay the fee's on it when it gets to my door though seeing as its coming from the States?

Depends on your luck. I got hit with the charges but it was just under £100 in total.
