From Miles back to KM

I would be happy to just make it read in km in the miles it is really, but ideally it would be great to have it in the same km as miles.

David: Do you want to swap?

And to make it show the speed in km I need to remove something behind the dash? Is there any info on this?

There is no physical difference between a RHD & LHD mph or kph speedo mechanism, they fit and plug in the same, yet there is a slight difference with the fit of the face mounting plate and OE faces.

This can be overcome with a little pruning of the edge of the face with a pair of sharp scissors.

My RHD J spec Supra has a LHD U.S. mph mechanism, a J spec RHD mounting plate with a U.S. LHD mph/km face which I preferred.

Should the O.P. not want it, you can have it for the cost of posting.
