im sorry if this is a dumbass question but ive gone big single and although hugely powerful it is suffering large lag.

now im thinking about installing a smaller turbo[as well as ,not instead of] to reduce the lag,but i have a couple of questions

1.is it possible

2.has anyone here done this

3.what would be involved in the fitting

most importantly would it work.

thanks in advance

lol just googled compuond charging and boostlogic make a kit for the supra at a bargain $7000 .

im obviously being naive but i thought it would be just like setting up a standard tt but with one big turbo and one little one..

It's not easy at all, you can't run different sized turbo's in parallel hence the rather complex and expensive kit.

Why cant you? Not being obtuse just curious. Its just a turbo. Just have a pair of exterally gated turbos with appropriate wastegate settings et viola.

cant really justify buying new turbo as this is brand new from whifbitz,an im not after anymore power.when im driving a little lively its amazing power, but its just the initial acceleration, once its spooled up once, its fine keeping power through the gears,no lag at all,

If it improves how the car drives, it's justified :D

What size turbo is it?
