Stupid question time, can I replenish the colour of Black Leather OEM Seats

I recently got some Black Leather OEM Seats and have had a bit of stitching done and have used a leather cleaner, as well as Balming them

They don't look jet black and I was wondering if I can use something like boot polish to blacken them or is there a better product to use

I am a bit reluctant to do it, just in case the boot polish rubs off on our clothes

Any constuctive suggestions welcome

Would like to have a go at this today, as it's raining here, so can't do the other bits I need to do outside

There is some kind of black polish that has latex in it that is made for seats.

Someone will be along in a min to tell you what it is.

As above, there is stuff because I've heard of it but I couldn't tell you what it's called. Don't use boot polish unless you wear black PVC when you drive.

That's why I asked the question, I sort of guessed it wasn't a good thing to use, but wandered if there was something else somebody had tried sucessfully

At a guess no, if its for saddles.

People tend to wear white bottoms when riding.

Use it in small amounts, don't let it run.

Just go to eBay type in car seat dye loads there to pick from.

All done, popped up and sweet talked one of the young ladies at the local stables and she gave me a pot of something that they use, didn't get to see what it was, but it certainly did the job very easily
