I have spent the day wiring in digital rltc. When i switch the car to the power position there is no power to the rltc. I have not wired in the abs sensors yet. Wudnt of thought this would stop the digital display coming on? I know there is power from the source as the map ecu light comes on. What would stop the rltc powering up? The gauges light up as well.

Only thing i can think of when i took the rltc out of the box there are 3 colour wires red, green, blue from the digital side. The red wire had been folded over? From the rltc ecu side the red green and blue were not and all had extending cables on the suggesting the were all used. I have joined all theses wires together, red to red blue to blue etc. Is this correct? It may have been other way round cant remember so maybe so one can help to.

If not then were does the other red wire go to as its not in the instructions?

I assume you have found out that the digital display has it's own power lead that need to go to a non earthing power supply?

Another trick I did was to scrap the Rltc led and hard wired the connection to the stock trac light on the dash cluster via the trac ecu plug. Having removed the trac ecu as it is now redundant. That way you don't get a random led sticking out of te dash.
