Have a look at a thread by a guy called Offland, he put quite a big list of the stuff he's taken off and would be a good starting point. Also check out the Supra Hardtop Registry website for tips & ideas. You can pretty get rid of a load of stuff but how far you go depends on how many creature comforts you can love without

sorry another question. uk brakes? too heavy? after market better?

I replaced UK fronts with AP 6 pot, even though the 6 pot have aluminium bells the increased size meant the rotors weighed the same as Uk spec (also the pads are a lot heavier). The calipers are lighter, but £2k on a front setup isn't a great way to spend money losing at most 5kg. I bet the rears offer even less of a saving due to the smaller calipers & thinner discs
